REGISTRATION INFORMATION


PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Payment by credit card is also acceptable Full card details must be provided. Payment must accompany your registration form; conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received by the due date to receive any applicable discount otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.

APPLICATION FOR SPONSORSHIP

If bereaved by suicide or support group facilitators require additional sponsorship to attend the conference, please contact Alan Staines –National Secretary – by email, alanstaines@optusnet.com.au, or by phone, 0412 164 575 for further information.


IMPORTANT DATES

  • Friday 8th February 2019: Deadline for abstracts/submissions
  • Monday 4th March 2019: Presenters notified of acceptance of abstracts
  • Friday 12th April 2019: Early bird registration closes

TRADE EXHIBITION
The trade exhibitions will form an integral element of the Conference. To acknowledge the importance of the trade exhibitions, the program has been structured to ensure delegates have ample time to inspect the displays. Organisations interested in participating in the trade exhibition should contact the Conference Secretariat immediately.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Your registration confirmation will be forwarded upon registering. Please ensure your details are correct on your registration confirmation. Payment is required within 14 days of registering.

WELCOME RECEPTION
The Welcome Reception will commence at approximately 5.30pm on Thursday 13th June 2019 in the Ionic Room at the Sydney Masonic Centre. The Welcome Reception is complimentary for all FULL and TWO DAY registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased at $45 per person when registering.


CONFERENCE DINNER
The Conference Dinner will be held from 7.00pm Friday 14th June 2019 in the Banquet Hall, at the Sydney Masonic Centre. The Conference Dinner is included for FULL and TWO DAY registrations. Additional tickets can be purchased $85 per person when registering.

DRESS CODE
The dress standard for the conference is neat casual attire.

MESSAGES
A message board will be located beside the conference registration desk should you need to contact, or be contacted throughout the conference.
